Technical assistance grants will not be made for the following activities:

  • General operating support (including staff time)
  • Equipment/hardware purchase
  • Construction or rehabilitation of facilities
  • Emergency repairs
  • Payroll needs
  • Debt liquidation
  • Routine financial audits
  • Expenses associated with capital campaigns
  • Feasibility studies
  • Videography
  • Staff development travel costs, webinars, certificate programs
  • Donor prospecting software subscriptions
